In 2014, David joined Myron Kimball and founded Jones Kimball Law Comfarn to establish a private practice and closed office for the Real Estate Act. Now at Fee Attorney for Fidelity Title Company, we close both housing and commercial real estate. David's real estate business includes representatives of the parties to sales, purchase, finance, and lease transactions, title resolution, buyer, seller, lender documentation, and lender real estate seizure. David also implements documents on business formation and asset protection strategies, real estate planning, making of wills, attorney's authority and other real estate planning. He is currently a member of the Texas Bar Association.

David Jones has been living in Arlington, Texas since 2004. He graduated from Rhode College in 1990 and received a Bachelor of English degree. He received a doctorate in law from the Faculty of Law at Emory University and received a license to study law in Tennessee State in 1994. In 2005, he followed the law in Tennessee, Colorado, and Texas and obtained a license in Texas. David entered the Texas Title Insurance industry in 2004 and spent 10 years as a title judge and claim lawyer working closely with the title agency underwriter. In 2014, David joined Myron Kimball and founded Jones Kimball Law Comfarn to establish a private practice and closed office for the Real Estate Act. David's Real Estate Business will provide the parties to sales, purchase, finance and lease transactions, rights improvements, investors, buyers, sellers, and lenders' documents, and property seizure.
